We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where an app supports account creation, we provide a method to request account deletion through the app or an accessible support process, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You retain ownership of the content you create and store in our apps (jobs, clients, invoices, load data, etc.). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, backup, and display this content as necessary to provide the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Our Services, including original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Horizon Tech Development, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Digital subscriptions purchased in a mobile app are billed and managed by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Before purchase, the app will disclose the subscription name, duration, price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and the features included.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the applicable platform account settings. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the paid period and, where applicable, an authorized billing grace period.
If we offer a free trial or promotional period, the purchase screen will disclose its duration, the price that applies afterward, and whether the subscription will automatically renew. Platform-specific eligibility rules may apply.
App-store subscriptions must generally be cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Refund requests are governed by the applicable platform's policies and any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Directly billed services, if offered, will disclose their cancellation and refund terms at purchase.
Subscription price changes will be handled through the applicable billing platform and communicated as required by that platform and applicable law. Where user consent is legally or contractually required for a price increase, the increase will not take effect without the required consent.
Some Horizon Tech Development products or features may be offered as beta, preview, founders, or early-access services. These offerings may be incomplete, may change during development, and may experience defects, interruptions, or feature changes that would not be expected from a mature production release.
If a beta or early-access offering is paid, the purchase surface will identify the beta/early-access status, price, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, and the capabilities included in the paid tier before purchase. Paying for early access does not waive any refund, cancellation, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase, participation in a founders or early-access tier does not guarantee a permanent price, a permanent feature set, or a specific public-release date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORIZON TECH DEVELOPMENT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Horizon Tech Development, LLC regarding our Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
